- Stand with a wide stance, as wide as is comfortable, with your feet pointing outwards slightly.
- Squat down so that your legs are bent to around 90 degrees, keepIng your back straight.
- Hold your hand together at chest level.
- Squeezing your core, hold this position for as long as possible.

Looking for more of a flamin' challenge? Try doing sumo squat pulses, adding an extra push in can really help you get your sweat on.
