How To Do High Knees With Power Punches

Written Instructions

  1. Stand upright with feet together. Have your arms bent in fists at chest height.
  2. Drive one leg up towards your chest, stopping once it’s reached your belly button then swapping legs.
  3. As your legs are running up and down extend your arms out in front of you, one by one. Returning the arm to the bent position once its been fully extended, then swapping arms, like you are punching the air
  4. This is a cardio based exercise so focus on doing it as fast as possible whilst maintaining a neutral spine and making sure the movement is controlled.

Struggling to complete this movement? Step it down a notch by separating it and trying either high knees or power punches.
